It's been a while since I posted over here, so I figured I would make a general update on my writing and fannish interests (tl;dr: not much is new)

I re-edited Scandalous (MacGyver, solo, panties, m/f thoughts) and added a bit to it.

I am maybe 80% done writing a sequel to Minnesota Peach (MacGyver, m/m, Mac/Murdoc, enemies to lovers) which looks like it will be about 3 times as long as the original one-shot.

After that, I plan to go back to Stargate SG-1 and finish the third part of the trilogy I'm writing there.

Writing a new long-ish work is a weird experience, since I've been living here for months and no one else (apart from my betas) have seen any of it. I know most writers, or at least most writers who wait to post until their writing is complete, are well aware of that but mostly I've done short one-shots before.

Whenever I solve a serious plot issue or emotional wrinkle in my long, serious, explicit fic my brain rewards (punishes?) me by spitting out a short piece of fully-formed fluff, apparently. Which is nice, except when I am ready to move forward on the fic I really care about I suddenly find myself spending a couple of hours writing something completely different? Brains are weird, inspiration doubly so.

I have managed to impose my will on Affinity enough to make a new Stargate lamp and significantly upgrade my icon with a photo of it.

I haven't written any new fic but since I don't think I ever linked the Stargate one I posted on AO3 a month ago, here's that: Bureaucracy

Mostly I'm trying to stay in the habit of posting here since I would like to be in touch with fic readers and writers.
